Walker Supply, Inc. and Hawaii Grower Products, Inc. are the two newest members of PrimeraTurf, Inc., an all-independent green industry purchasing cooperative. In its third year of operation, the cooperative now has 33 members in 22 states, supported by nearly 30 supply partners.

Founded in 1981, Hawaii Grower Products serves golf courses, resorts, landscapers and nurseries from its main office in Kahului on the island of Maui and two additional locations in Kona and on Oahu. President Ken Findeisen and partner Gilbert Araki purchased the company in 1997.
Walker Supply is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa., and distributes a wide variety of professional turf and ornamental maintenance products to golf courses throughout Ohio, West Virginia, western and central Pennsylvania and portions of Maryland.
