Profile Products Adds to Tech Support Team

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill.– Profile Products, manufacturer of erosion control products and inorganic soil amendments, announced the addition of Rob Yoakum to its soils solutions team. Yoakum is a technical support associate and also works in Profile’s international sales department. 

As a technical support associate, Yoakum provides end-user support for Profile’s distributors’ customers. If distributors’ customers have technical questions regarding Profile product applications or product performance, customers can contact Yoakum at 800/207-6457 or ryoakum@profileproducts.com to get answers. Yoakum also works in Profile’s international sales department to market product distribution to Asia, the Pacific Rim, Europe, South and Central America and other regions.
