Rain Bird Program Awards Customers

The irrigation manufacturer has introduced a new program to reward public agencies and non-profit groups that purchase Rain Bird products.

Rain Bird Corp., manufacturer of irrigation equipment and water management products, has introduced its Premier Agency program. The program enables public agencies and non-profit organizations to earn credits toward future Rain Bird purchases every time they buy Rain Bird landscape irrigation products.

This free program is open to those public agencies and non-profit organizations agreeing to identify and specify Rain Bird as their exclusive source of landscape irrigation products, excluding Central Control.

Participating agencies will receive credits equaling 3 percent of the total purchase price of all Rain Bird landscape irrigation products they buy, including commercial, residential, landscape drip and accessory products. They may apply these credits toward future purchases of Rain Bird landscape irrigation products at any time up to two years following the date of purchase for which the credits were earned.

Furthermore, participating agencies will benefit from an extension of Rain Bird’s Customer Satisfaction Policy from three years to five on all landscape irrigation products purchased under this agreement.

“This is an opportunity for agencies to be rewarded for using Rain Bird products,” says Matt Crawford, Rain Bird’s associate channel relations manager, who oversees the program. “Especially for those agencies that don’t use central control or that use a non-Rain Bird central control system, the Premier Agency Program helps them reap the long-term benefits of installing Rain Bird irrigation equipment.”
