WALLED LAKE, Mich. – Real Green Systems, a business operations software and marketing company, has added Karen Maloney to their team as vice president, customer success. In this newly created role, she is responsible for ensuring that Real Green Systems delivers customer experiences by implementing customer onboarding, training, support and continuing education initiatives and processes.
Maloney has two decades’ worth of experience working in the information technology and services industries. Before joining Real Green Systems, Maloney was vice president of customer success for Verint-Systems; before that she was vice president of global customer success for ForeSee. She has also held leadership positions with Online Tech, JobApp Network and OpenMarket. Maloney holds a bachelor’s degree with a focus on information technology from the University of Phoenix.
