According to marketing manager Tommy Tanaka, the company outgrew its building in Norcross. He says the number of staff members has increased, as has warehousing requirements. The Lawrenceville building will provide plenty of office space, nearly double the previous warehouse space, and room to accommodate the company’s planned growth.
RedMax produces a line of commercial handheld outdoor power equipment. The products, which are sold only through distributors and servicing dealers, include string and hedge trimmers, backpack and handheld blowers, edgers, chainsaws and pole saws, sweepers, and specialized products like heavy duty drills, augers, cut-off saws and a mini-tiller. Many are powered by RedMax’s Strato-Charged engine, which meets emissions compliance by introducing fresh air into the engine between the exhaust gases and the fresh charge of air/fuel mix.
RedMax’s new mailing address is 1100 Laval Boulevard, Suite 110, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. The phone, fax and Web site remain unchanged at 800-291-8251, 770-381-5150 and www.redmax.com, respectively.
