Reinhart Landscaping & Snow has partnered with Kress to donate more than $20,000 in robotic lawn mowers and electric commercial landscape equipment to the Career and Technical Education division at Heartland Community College.

Working alongside the Heartland Community College Foundation, the donation provides students with hands-on access to modern equipment used in the commercial landscaping industry, including autonomous mowing technology and battery-powered landscape tools.

The Kress electric commercial equipment will allow students to train with the same technology currently being used by landscape professionals, helping prepare them for careers in grounds maintenance, landscaping and outdoor power equipment operations. The new equipment also supports Heartland’s focus on emerging technologies such as high-voltage battery systems and advanced power platforms.

“At Reinhart, we believe in investing in the future of our industry and our local workforce,” says Todd Reinhart, CEO of Reinhart Landscaping & Snow. “Partnering with Kress and Heartland Community College allows us to support students with real-world tools and experience that will benefit them long after graduation.”

Reinhart Landscaping & Snow serves clients throughout Central Illinois, including Bloomington-Normal, Peoria, Champaign, and surrounding communities, offering commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and autonomous mowing solutions, along with residential landscape design and installation services.
