Rentokil Makes Acquisition

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Rentokil – Tropical Plant Services USA announced the acquisition of Corporate Foliage and Floral of Indianapolis, Ind.

Jeff Mariola, president of Rentokil – Tropical Plant Services USA, stated that "the increased account base resulting from this acquisition will greatly improve the density of our existing Indianapolis business. Corporate Foliage and Floral's portfolio of high-end office clients compliments our current portfolio of business in the Indianapolis market."

Corporate Foliage and Floral was owned by Wanda and Mark Moorhead. The staff of Corporate Foliage has joined with the staff of Rentokil – Tropical Plant Services USA Indianapolis and will operate as one team working out of the existing Rentokil facility.
