SOMIS, Calif. – Quality and innovation are two reasons WaterWorks Landscape Construction beat out a handful of competitors to design and landscape a 700-home project in southern California.
New Millennium Homes will contract WaterWorks to landscape the model complex in addition to many of the individual homes. The development site is in the San Fernando Valley region.
“Their use of the latest materials and technology, combined with attention to detail, create truly stunning, memorable and livable environments,” says Lou Malone, president of New Millennium Homes, about WaterWorks.
Having served clients from Santa Barbara to Beverly Hills, WaterWorks is known for its “Eden-like landscapes” and for its ability to combine the homeowner’s tastes with the natural surroundings.
“We are thrilled to be a part of this large-scale project,” says Mike Hanna, president of WaterWorks. “This will really give us an opportunity to tailor each homescape to its individual environment while enhancing the overall development.”
