The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Crops Research Laboratory, Fort Collins, Colorado, requires a contract for landscape maintenance and snow removal service consisting of one base year (Dec. 1, 2006 – Nov. 30, 2007) and four option years. This acquisition is being conducted on a Commercial Items Best Value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are availability, past performance and price. This is a cascade solicitation that is 100 percent set-aside for small business (Average Annual Gross Revenues not exceeding $6.0 million).
