Rockit Pest adds Green Solutions Lawn & Pest Control in Tampa

Rockit continues its strategic growth in Florida with the acquisition of Green Solutions Lawn & Pest Control, a Tampa-based company that's operated since 2007.

Green Solutions’ former owner, Max C. Ayer, is a Brandon, Florida native. He holds a bachelor's degree in turf management from Auburn University and built his career at Bayer Environmental Science in both turf and pest control roles before serving as cice president and later president of agronomic resources.

“Green Solutions was founded on the mission of providing customers with the best lawn care and pest control services available in the Tampa, Florida area, all while being good stewards of the environment,” Ayer says. “When it came time to decide to sell, it was important that we found a company that aligned with those same core values.
