Ruppert Landscape
Ruppert Landscape has acquired Enviro-Scapes in Nashville. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Enviro-Scapes has operated for more than 30 years, servicing a diverse client base across the region. The company was founded and is led by brothers Mark and Mike Russell, both of whom will join Ruppert Landscape. This collaboration builds on Ruppert’s established presence in Nashville, where operations began in 2021.
“We are pleased to welcome Enviro-Scapes into the Ruppert family,” says Phil Key, CEO of Ruppert Landscape. “Mark and Mike have built an exceptional organization rooted in a commitment to quality, relationships, and team culture, values that strongly mirror our own. This partnership not only expands our capabilities in the Nashville market but also reinforces our shared commitment to delivering quality service and fostering long-term relationships with customers and employees alike.”
“For nearly three decades, my brother and I have focused on building meaningful partnerships with our customers and creating a supportive environment for our team,” says Mark Russell, co-owner of Enviro-Scapes. “We’re excited to become part of Ruppert Landscape, a company that shares that same people-first philosophy. Together, we can leverage greater resources and expertise to keep raising the bar for our clients.”
This acquisition follows Ruppert Landscape’s recent growth in the South Carolina, Florida, and Virginia markets through acquisitions of Ocean Woods Landscaping, Lawnscapes, and Greatscapes Property Management. The Ruppert Landscape platform now includes more than 50 locations nationwide.
Ruppert ranks No. 12 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list.
