Ruppert Landscape is opening a new branch in Yorktown, expanding its landscape maintenance operations and joining eight existing locations across northern and central Virginia.
“For the past two years, we’ve operated in Yorktown as a small satellite location, but the continued growth of our team and client portfolio has allowed us to officially establish a full-service branch,” says Dave Sharry, region manager. “We’re excited about this milestone and the opportunity to further support the Yorktown community, which has played an important role in our success across the greater Central Virginia region.”
The new branch will be led by Jeff Patch, who has been promoted to branch manager. In this role, he will oversee planning, budgeting, personnel development, and customer service to support continued growth and operational excellence. Patch first joined the company in 2014 as an intern in the Gainesville Maintenance branch while attending Virginia Tech. After graduating, Patch spent nine years working in the green industry across Northern Virginia and, more recently, the Virginia Beach area.
When Ruppert announced plans to expand into the Tidewater region, Patch was hired as associate branch manager for the Yorktown satellite location under the Richmond East branch. In that role, he played a key part in the location’s growth and development, helping position it for its transition to a full-service branch.
“Jeff has been a key driver of the growth in Yorktown over the past few years, thanks to his exceptional customer relationships and unwavering work ethic," Sharry says. "He has built a strong, dedicated team, and we’re confident that under his leadership, the branch will continue to thrive."
The Yorktown branch will provide a full range of commercial landscaping services, including grounds maintenance, design and landscape enhancements, turf care, irrigation system management, pond and lake management, arbor care, outdoor lighting and décor, and snow removal.
