LAYTONSVILLE, Md. – Ruppert Landscape recently appointed Rachel Kelly to the position of director of quality and efficiency for the southern region in the company’s landscape management division.
Kelly has over twenty years of experience in the landscape industry. Throughout her career, she has worked to improve productivity and establish profitability through lean management practices, working with teams at all levels of operations. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School, she served on the National Association of Landscape Professionals board of directors and has been involved in several NALP committees.
“Rachel has committed herself to continual learning, specifically in the area of lean management, and we are excited to have her on the Ruppert team applying that knowledge to our teams and processes,” said Region Vice President Fred Key. “In this position, she will focus on assisting our southern landscape management branches in the areas of horticulture, production efficiency and training.”
