Ruppert Nurseries Promotes Manager

Ruppert Nurseries, Laytonsville, Md., has promoted Jorge Torres to assistant manager. Torres, who has been with Ruppert for three years and has more than 15 years of experience in the nursery industry, will oversee all nursery field operations.
