The commercial landscape construction and landscape management divisions of Ruppert Nurseries in Laytonsville, Md., will be returning to their roots with a name change to Ruppert Landscape, effective Feb. 1. The tree growing portion of the business will retain the name of Ruppert Nurseries, which will create clearer delineation between the businesses’ service lines.
“Our return to the Ruppert Landscape name allows us to recapture a significant part of our company’s 30-year history,” said Chris Davitt, Ruppert Landscape president. “It also enables us to distinguish between our tree growing business and our commercial landscape business, which are completely different industries. Reclaiming the Ruppert Landscape name enables us to better define those services for our customers.”
