Schill Grounds Management has acquired Brogan Landscaping, a landscape maintenance and design/build provider serving Southeastern Pennsylvania for more than 25 years.
Brogan Landscaping is based in the Delaware Valley in the Philadelphia area and led by founder Steve Brogan. The acquisition adds two new branches to Schill’s growing Mid-Atlantic footprint and further solidifies Schill’s presence in Chester County and surrounding areas, complementing the company’s prior acquisition of Andrews Lawn & Landscaping. Brogan’s 50 employees bring Schill’s total headcount to more than 1,400 employees.
“Steve Brogan has built a company rooted in craftsmanship, trust, and community, and we are proud to welcome him and his talented team to the Schill family,” says Jerry Schill, founder and CEO of Schill Grounds Management. “Together, we will expand the high-quality service customers across the region already know, while adding new capabilities and deeper support through our collective network.”
The addition of Brogan Landscaping expands Schill’s ability to serve customers with multi-property needs across the upper Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Brogan will now be backed by Schill’s operational, financial, business development and marketing resources, as well as its growing network of more than 32 service base locations.
“We are excited to join Schill and bring even greater value to our clients,” Brogan says. “By partnering with an organization that shares our dedication to quality and relationships, we gain the strength and scale to grow while preserving the personal service our customers depend on.”
