Goettel is a graduate of St. Johns University, Queens, New York with a B.S. in communications and an MBA. Lisa, her husband and two children reside in Eads, Tennessee.
Elizabeth Reeves, former senior vice president for human resources, will be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
