The ServiceMaster Company announced that Katrina Helmkamp has been named Group President of ServiceMaster with responsibility for the Terminix, TruGreen ChemLawn and TruGreen LandCare business units. Helmkamp previously served as president of Terminix International.
The Company also announced that Tom Brackett has been promoted to President and chief operating officer of Terminix. Brackett previously held the position of COO of Terminix.

Katrina Helmkamp joined ServiceMaster in 2005. Previously, Katrina was a vice president and director at the Chicago office of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). During her tenure at BCG, Katrina had a significant, multi-year engagement with several ServiceMaster units, including the TruGreen brands. Katrina received a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences in 1987 from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1992.
Tom Brackett joined Terminix in 1992. He served as branch manager, regional sales manager, region manager, and division vice president prior to his promotion to Chief Operating Officer of Terminix. Tom received a BA in Political Science from Florida International University in 1988 and an MA in Management from Webster University in 1991. Tom is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
