Roswell, GA – Lynn Brookhouser has been named president and chief operating officer of Sipcam Agro USA, Inc. and Robert Yarborough has been promoted to the position of sales, marketing and product development manager for the company’s turf and ornamentals business. In addition, the company has hired John Moyer as Northern Area turf and ornamental sales manager
Sipcam Agro USA, Inc. manufactures and markets various professional turf and ornamental maintenance products including the chlorothalonil-based Echo fungicide brand, Mefenoxam 2 and several atrazine and simazine herbicides.
Changes to the Sipcam Agro management team were announced by Fred Hallemann, who will retain the position of chairman of the board but resign from day-to-day activities effective July 1. Hallemann founded the company in 1986.
Brookhouser joined the company in 2001 as marketing and sales manager. He worked for the Rohm and Haas Company prior to joining Sipcam Agro and brings more than 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience to his new position.
Yarborough joined Sipcam Agro in 2000 to focus on the development of the company’s turf and ornamental business. He was previously associated with Terra Industries, Inc. and LESCO, Inc. and has more than 25 years of green industry experience as well.
In his new position with Sipcam Agro, Moyer is responsible for the company’s turf and ornamental accounts in 25 northern states. He was employed by the MicroFlo Corporation in Georgia prior to joining Sipcam Agro and is now based in eastern Pennsylvania.
