Focal Pointe is pleased to welcome Kalyn Soltice to its Kansas City team as partnership executive. In this newly created and expanded role, Soltice will support all client partnership, business development and relationship-building activities throughout greater Kansas City’s commercial real estate and property management community.
Soltice reports to Focal Pointe Kansas City Branch Manager, Curt Marchand, and Kansas City-based Vice President Marketing & Sales, Gregg Hibbeler.

Soltice is an experienced business development executive who most recently served as senior manager for partnership development at the Kansas City Royals. Previously she led regional partnerships for the National Healthcareer Association in Leawood, Kansas, and says she’s excited about working in the green industry.

Soltice is Six Sigma Certified. She earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Performance Improvement from the University of Arkansas Grantham and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University. She’s an active volunteer for Kansas City Stand Down, Heart of American Foundation Stand Down, a non-profit dedicated to combat homelessness among veterans, and a member of the Association of the United States Army.
