The impressive work of a 20-year-old lawn care company earned the attention – and hefty maintenance contract – of a premier condominium complex in Missouri.
Munie Outdoor Services, based in Caseyville, Ill., was hired to do site maintenance, namely lawn care, landscaping, tree and shrub care for Brentwood Forest Condominiums. The 110-acre property is one of several condo community projects now managed by the St. Louis-area company.
“As one of the largest condominium associations in Missouri, it is very important that we maintain a lush property that is visually appealing both to current owners and prospective owners and prospective owners as well,†noted Larry Reutter, general manager of Brentwood Forest Condominiums. “We have been extremely pleased with the work has done so far, and look forward to the spring season when the bushes and trees will be in full bloom.â€
Although the Brentwood Forest contract began in January, Munie’s work on the site has picked up recently. The summertime maintenance will include pruning, mulching, landscaping and planting tress, shrubs and flowers throughout the area.
“We’re very pleased to be working with Brentwood Forest to maintain the community’s expansive grounds,†shared Randy Phillips, vice president of development. “The property is a high-profile condominium community and is the perfect setting to showcase the quality of work that Munie delivers.â€
