Staffing Company Offers H-2B Visa Extensions

Commerce, Mo.-based Mid States Labor Solutions announced a new service for the H-2B Visa holders who are in status working in the US.

Because of the limit on the cap and the inability of congress to pass legislation that would exclude H-2B return workers, the company is offering a service to extend the current H-2B worker that is still in status. It will also find the worker a new employer if needed.
