GAINESVILLE, Ga. – The Fockele Garden Company's draftsperson Stephanie Gordon recently completed the Georgia Certified Landscape Professional program and obtained an associate degree in environmental horticulture.
Gordon recently completed the Georgia Certified Landscape Professional program. The GCLP program is a voluntary testing program that acknowledges those in the landscape profession who have mastered a thorough knowledge and understanding of job skills required to be successful in the industry.
In addition, Gordon recently received her associate degree in environmental horticulture from Gwinnett Technical College where she specialized in landscape design. She also has obtained a Level 1A Certified Personnel designation from the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. It allows Gordon to monitor landscape construction sites for best management practices in the area of control and prevention of erosion.
Based in Gainesville, Ga., the Fockele Garden Company serves clients throughout the Southeast. The company focuses on the maintenance and installation of commercial landscapes and residential gardens and provides services such as irrigation systems, cisterns and custom water features and stone work.
