Mike Trigg, Waukegan, Ill., is the new president of the Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA). Trigg has been with the Waukegan Park District since 1986, and is a certified parks and recreation professional through the Illinois Parks and Recreation Association. Trigg has been active in the Illinois STMA (formerly the Midwest Chapter) since 1990, and led that organization as its President in 1992 and 1993.
