Sunseeker, a hardscaping and landscaping business that specializes in robotic lawn mowers, is making its North American debut at Equip Exposition and Hardscape North America in Louisville on October 17-20.
In addition to introducing its brand to the North American market, Sunseeker is debuting its new wireless robotic lawnmower, the Platform X.
The Platform X is the most updated model in Sunseeker’s fleet. The three key technologies include real-time kinematic to ensure the boundary is followed within 2 centimeters. The Platform X also has virtual simultaneous localization and mapping to custom mapping, multi-zone management, set-up boundaries and work around obstacles like trees, landscaping and lawn boundaries.
The final key technology of the Platform X is the artificial Intelligence sense system, which kicks in when WiFi or cellular connectivity is disrupted to prevent disruptions while mowing underneath decks, in blind service spots and difficult to reach areas. The AISS additionally assists with more precise positioning and obstacle avoidance.
The Platform X includes dual cutting plates, with a cutting width of 14 inches and auto height adjustment between 2-10 millimeters. The Platform X also includes all-wheel drive, including slope climbing capabilities of 35 degrees, or 70% slope grade, to combat rugged terrain.
The Platform X has remote app control alongside Google and Amazon voice control connectivity to activate even when its users are far away. Its low noise design (under 55 decibels), auto charger, rain sensor and LED light round out the Platform X features.
Sunseeker will be at Hardscape North America at the Equip Exposition in indoor booth number 1160, and outdoor booth number 7460D.
