Swingle Recognizes Outstanding Employees at Year-Old Fort Collins Branch

The company celebrated the employees and the first anniversary of the branch it acquired.

In June of 2005, Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care acquired Arborworks Tree Care of Fort Collins, Colo. Swingle’s growth strategy was to enhance their market position in Colorado’s Northern Front Range communities as a leading landscape care company.

One year later, Swingle recognized the accomplishments of the team members in their Fort Collins branch. The company held a celebration party at Putnam Elementary School in Fort Collins for their outstanding employees.

Swingle recognized eight employees for one year of safe service. To receive this recognition, employees had to demonstrate safe work practices which included no injuries, no property damage and no vehicle accidents for a full year. The One Year Safe Awards were received by Bob Apple, Ryan Baldwin, Zach Hall, Sam Harrison, Mike Jones, Bill Mattor, Kendra Nash and Hank Owens. This award was presented to eight out of the ten employees who have been with Swingle since the acquisition of Arborworks in June of 2005.

Swingle also took this opportunity to recognize the 10 employees that have been with the company for the first full year. These awards were received by Bob Apple, Ryan Baldwin, Jay Courtney, Zach Hall, Sam Harrison, Mike Jones, Bill Mattor, Tony Milkus, Kendra Nash and Hank Owens.

“We are proud of the superior quality and safe work practices being performed by these individuals while remaining true to our customer service commitments," says Tom Tolkacz, president of Swingle. "This shows the professionalism of all our employees of Swingle’s Fort Collins branch.”
