Syngenta Enhances GreenPartners Reward Program Web Site

Online shopping has taken over the holiday season and now Syngenta Professional Products customers can get a little something special for themselves and their businesses too. With the goal of making the online shopping and ordering experience more user-friendly, Syngenta has recently enhanced its GreenPartners reward program Web site, www.greenpartnersonline.com.

“Users will now be able to redeem their rewards more easily due to the changes that have been made,” says Chuck Buffington, GreenPartners Program Manager for Syngenta. “Thanking customers for their continued support of Syngenta products is important to us, and we want to make point redemption as efficient and enjoyable as possible.”

The enhanced GreenPartners site is built much like an online store, providing members with 24/7 access to the program and their account. Upon logging in, members are provided with reward options and recommendations based upon their available point balance. For convenience and ease of use, fast order tracking, recent statement activity and donation guidelines are some of the new features associated with the new GreenPartners’ shopper-friendly Web site.

The Syngenta GreenPartners program allows customers to earn points on qualified Syngenta products and then redeem those points on everything from computers and electronics to leisure goods and travel. Members also may redeem their points for donations made to industry associations.
