GREENSBORO, N.C. – Syngenta Professional Products has launched a new Web site, www.daconil.com, to provide golf-course superintendents and other users with a repository of knowledge and resources about the company’s Daconil fungicide.

In addition to information about how Daconil works, the site also offers labels and material safety data sheets for each of Daconil’s three formulations: Daconil Zn®, Daconil ULTREX® and Daconil Weather Stik®. Information sheets and interactive presentations can be downloaded for more information.

Additionally, a handy locator allows site visitors to find local authorized Syngenta channel partners who can provide further assistance or facilitate Daconil purchases.

“We are pleased to be able to provide golf course superintendents and other customers with this important new resource about Daconil,” said Joe DiPaola, golf market manager for Syngenta Professional Products. “This site will help our customers better understand and use one of the industry’s most popular and lasting fungicides.”

Daconil’s history spans more than 35 years on the market, during which time Syngenta has worked to refine the contact fungicide’s formulation to improve efficacy and efficiency. Daconil is formulated to use surfactants that help it “stick and stay” on turf.
