AUBURN, Wash. – Tanaka announced Tuesday that it has launched its newly redesigned Web site for customers in North and South America. The site, which can be accessed at www.tanaka-usa.com, is the fourth version since 1996 and contains products available for the U.S., Canadian, and South American markets.
A major goal of the project was to create one of the most comprehensive product page layouts in the industry. In addition to displaying four related items per model, each product page will eventually contain competitive advantages, features/benefits and carton contents.
“We are excited that our new site provides dealers and end users with easier navigation, more comprehensive product information, and improved tools for communicating with our customers,” said Chris Burtis, president of International Sales & Marketing (ISM), Tanaka’s exclusive sales and marketing firm in North America. “The launch of this new site gives us great momentum as we prepare to make a few big announcements for the 2006 season.”
Other new components to the site include a product search engine, PureFire® engine learning center, and press room.
