LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Jackie Weaver of J&B Small Engine in Henderson, Tenn. poses with his two daughters on his brand new Ferris IS 1500Z. He won this Ferris unit at the International Lawn, Garden and Power Equipment Exposition (EXPO) show held Oct. 14 to 16 at the Kentucky Exposition Center.
The IS 1500Z is Ferris' most popular zero-turn featuring patented 4-wheel suspension. This mower, powered by a 21-hp Kawasaki V-twin engine with external air-cleaner, is equipped with a rugged 48-inch, 10-gauge, double-top deck with lap-welded corners. The Ferris IS 1500Z can reach mowing speeds of up to 10 mph.
"I've been coming to the show and registering to win the Ferris giveaway for the past three years," Weaver said. "I always like to see the new products Ferris has to offer. "I still can't believe that I finally won!"
