Top Choice Lawn Care, which provides residential lawn care services, has acquired Well Spring in Texas. The deal was completed last month.
Top Choice earned $6 million last year in revenue, while Well Spring pulled in $2 million. Well Spring has 25 employees that have merged with Top Choice's 60-person team.
