TopGreen, an AI-powered operational intelligence platform for the landscaping industry, and SiteRecon, a company specializing in AI-powered property intelligence, will co-host the webinar "Driving Precision and Profit in Landscaping Operations."
The live event, scheduled for July 28th at 12 p.m. EST, will use real-world data to illustrate common operational blind spots from inefficient crew routing and equipment misuse to the significant time lost to dead walking on job sites.
"For too long, the industry has managed operations by the budget, assuming that if a job comes in on time, it was done efficiently," says Sashi Yeddanapudi, chief financial officer at TopGreen. "Our platform's analysis shows this is often not the case. We're going to pull back the curtain and show owners and managers the silent profit killers they can't see on a timesheet, but that their data can clearly reveal."
The session will explore how a modern technology stack can create a "digital twin" of a company's operations, allowing for precision in planning, bidding and execution. Utkarsh Shrama, CEO of SiteRecon, will discuss how technology is transforming operational control from the first measurement.
"The most successful companies are making a fundamental shift from guessing to knowing," Shrama says. "This isn't about micromanagement; it's about empowerment. When you have accurate data, you can coach your teams more effectively, bid jobs with greater confidence, and build a more resilient, profitable business. This webinar is for any landscaping professional who is ready to stop leaving money on the table."
Other webinar topics include
- Identify the key differences between budgeted hours and actual productive time.
- Use visual data to spot inefficiencies in crew and equipment deployment.
- Understand the financial impact of common operational blind spots.
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve job profitability and operational control.
The event will be structured as an interactive forum, encouraging live discussion and allowing attendees to engage directly with the panelists on the challenges they face in their own businesses.
