Total Landscape has promoted Ricardo Morales to field superintendent on their production team. “Ricardo Morales has been a valuable asset to our production team for over three years,” noted Bob Franey CLP, founder and president. “He has consistently shown outstanding leadership qualities as both a crew member and crew leader. Our entire production team counts on Ricardo's attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done.”
Franey explains that Morales is the first Hispanic management staff member in Total Landscape's history. “The green industry as a whole relies on the Hispanic community as a source for qualified lawn maintenance and landscaping staffing. Ricardo has assisted Total Landscape with our crew recruitment efforts in the St. Louis area Hispanic community, as well as with our H2B efforts abroad, and we felt it was important to recognize Ricardo's outstanding efforts with a leadership role within our company,” Franey noted.
“Ricardo Morales is the important leadership link to our Hispanic crew members. His job is vital to not only daily communication with our production staff, but his role is essential in the recruitment and training of our production crews, to ensure their performance on the job exceeds our client's expectations,” Franey added.
