Truce Software closes Series B funding round

Truce Software has closed its Series B funding round. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The round was led by Yttrium, with participation from other existing institutional investors, including Allomer Capital Group and New Amsterdam Growth Capital.

The company will use the new funding to scale go-to-market efforts for its recently launched product suite and expanding customer base across various field service industries, including professional pest management, landscape and lawn care.

For commercial field service fleets, Truce introduced a mobile-first AI video telematics platform that enables scalable, automated driver coaching at approximately half the cost of traditional systems.

By running on standard iOS and Android smartphones, the platform limits the need for costly specialized in-vehicle hardware while providing real-time video capture, telematics analysis and AI-powered coaching.

This approach makes advanced video telematics practical for a broad range of light-duty fleets, which account for more than 70% of U.S. commercial vehicles. Truce delivers AI-powered, real-time alerts and personalized coaching, and outside the vehicle, it transitions into a jobsite visibility, communication and incident management tool.

“The Truce Commercial team has launched a disruptive, employee-first performance and safety platform that transforms everyday iOS and Android devices into AI-powered edge computing tools supporting field employees throughout their workday,” says David Coleman, Head of Commercial Solutions. “We are disrupting the price and value of legacy vehicle-centric telematics and dashcam systems while executing a mission to protect drivers in real time and extend capability on the jobsite, shifting from vehicle-based tools to solutions built for people wherever work happens.”
