Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Anindya (Andy) De to lawn division manager. De will remain based out of the company’s Florida operations headquarters at 2082 33rd Street, 2nd Floor, Orlando.
De first joined the company in June 2022 as growth strategist. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he was COO of Chimcare in Oregon for two years. He has over 25 years of pest and sanitation industry experience, and previously wrote a book about sales called “Not Merely a Number's Game.”
De has a BS in Agricultural Sciences from BCKV, India, and a Masters in Agronomy from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. In addition, he holds a 6-Sigma Green Belt certification, a University of Texas-Austin Accredited ACCEL Management certification, is AIB Certified in Food Processing Sanitation/Hygiene, and is Purdue University Pest Management certified.
“I am excited about having the opportunity to grow the Lawn Care vertical for our company,” De says. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is that it gives me a feeling of family and I feel like it is a second home outside of the one I have with my wife and children.”
“Andy has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise throughout his career. Throughout his professional journey, Andy has excelled in various roles, encompassing sales, management, and overseeing large-scale operations, and over the past year, Andy's involvement has been instrumental in our recent successes in lawn services, injecting renewed energy and focus into our operations in Florida,” says Justin Bellet, Chief Operating Officer, Truly Nolen. “Based on his unwavering energy and enthusiasm, he was an easy choice for his new role. I look forward to watching him lead our lawn division into the future, foster its growth, and uphold the highest standards of quality.”
