Turf Masters Lawn Care hires Sara Stephenson to new role

ROSWELL, Ga. – Turf Masters Lawn Care, which provides lawn care services in the southeast, has hired customer success leader Sara Stephenson as its new operating systems director, a newly created role.

Stephenson brings almost 20 years of experience building and maintaining relationships, both externally and internally. In her role, Stephenson will direct the development, installation and modification of the company’s computer operating systems and explore future needs as Turf Masters continues to grow.  Stephenson will be responsible for developing policies and procedures related to the deployment and maintenance of the operating systems and provide input to strategic decisions regarding future technology.

Stephenson spent the last two years as a customer success leader helping field service companies successfully implement new field service software for a large retailer.  Prior to that, she was a customer success manager at Service Pro. Over her career, Stephenson has also held executive level positions at Arrow Exterminators as vice president of customer care and later, vice president of sales and marketing analytics.
