U.S. Lawns, a commercial landscape maintenance franchise organization, announced its newest members of The Hall of Fame (formerly the Franchisee of the Year): U.S. Lawns of Northeast Mississippi, franchisees Mike and Angela Kirk and U.S. Lawns of Central Phoenix, Ariz., franchisees Brenda Gaggas and Tami Swearingin.
The award recognizes the franchisees that have best demonstrated the U.S. Lawns core philosophy of being close to the customer and close to employees and having a life outside of the business. The award was presented just recently at the company's annual conference held at Disney World - Orlando, Fla.
"All of the inductees exemplify the personal success story that is inherent in the U.S. Lawns model," said Ken Hutcheson, president of U.S. Lawns. "By embracing U.S. Lawns' proven systems, and applying an exceptional work ethic and drive, they have built a thriving business Hutcheson added.
"U.S. Lawns has a great vision, system and program that we have strategically implemented over time," said Paul Wolbert, vice president of U.S. Lawns. The dedication to that system and their customers has helped them become very successful, he added.
