United Land Services has acquired Landscape Service Professionals, a commercial landscaping company based in Coral Springs, Fla. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1998 LSP is a full-service landscaping company specializing in commercial landscape maintenance, arbor care, irrigation and landscape installation throughout South Florida. The acquisition of LSP strengthens United’s presence in South Florida.
United Land Services headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., was ranked no. 24 on Lawn & Landscape’s Top 100 List in 2022.
“United’s acquisition of Landscape Service Professionals strengthens our position in South Florida in both the maintenance and installation side of the business” says Bob Blandford, United’s CEO. “With LSPs long standing reputation we will continue to grow in South Florida and add another well-run organization to our portfolio.”
The founding owners of LSP, Sandy and Tom Benton and Karmen and Steve Burn, will all stay aboard with United, as well as their entire management team and staff.
