US Maintenance has a new name and logo as it focuses on expanding its services to a broader market.
Its new name is USM, to reflect its portfolio of capabilities which include self-perform and subcontractor management as well as maintenance services.
This expanded capability has already helped USM to secure new clients across North America.
USM’s logo has also changed to better align with its parent company, Transfield Services.
“We have a robust service offering and now offer facilities management and maintenance services to clients," says Transfield Services North America CEO and President Joseph Sadatmehr. "We are a one-stop shop for all of their building requirements.”
“We have a strong foundation with which to grow and we see this name change as another step to selling our services to a wider market. USM are partners for change and we have expanded to meet the growing needs of our clients.”
All US Maintenance offices and subsidiaries, including Horizon and Whelan’s will now be known as USM.
“Using the Transfield Services name means we can leverage off their reputation for best practice systems and processes across diverse industries and regions,” Sadatmehr says.
“We have also made a change to the USM web address to better reflect our updated identity.”
USM is a national provider of facilities maintenance and management services, serving over 80,000 sites across North America in retail, banking, telecommunications, utilities and other geographically dispersed industries.
