The online presence of Valley Crest Companies is expanding, with the addition of a new Tree Company site to the World Wide Web.
The nationwide tree grower and mover can now be accessed at www.vctree.com – an interactive source of product and service information with customizing options to fit the needs of landscape architects, contractors, builders and developers.
“Our site is designed to be an educational resource and dynamic place where customers can browse our inventory and learn more about our company’s services,” outlined Tadd Russikoff, vice president, Valley Crest Tree Company, Calabasas, Calif. “We put a lot of effort into this site because we realize that our customers will have the same high expectations online that they have in our nurseries and catalog.”
The site allows customers and registered users a convenient and cost-effective route to the company’s inventory of specimen trees and plant material.
“Vctree.com combines the convenience, speed, and accessibility of information with the unique, high-quality product and inventory assortment, customer service and reputation our customers have come to respect about the Valley Crest Tree Company brand,” Russikoff added, noting the array of online tools for comfortable navigation.
While visiting the site, users can learn about the company’s broad nursery product line and inventory through an online catalog of trees and palms. Visitors also can register and create their own interactive programs, including a custom “favorites” list. The site allows users to request digital quotes, order catalogs and submit tree-relocation requests as well.
Vctree.com provides direct links from its site to the company’s sales and service departments. And site visitors can obtain technical and botanical information and request consulting services while online.
