Richard Sperber, president, ValleyCrest Companies, was recently named as one of America’s top seven “CEOs Who Get Safety.” In an interview with the National Safety Council magazine, Health+Safety, Sperber addressed why safety works at ValleyCrest.
The annual list features seven company leaders who have demonstrated their commitment to safety and understand the significance of safety to their operations and corporate sustainability. Sperber and ValleyCrest were included with a selection of executives who represent international industries such as coal mining, civil engineering, transportation and manufacturing: Delta Air Lines, Owens Corning, Consol Energy, First Group PLC, Atkinson Construction LLC, Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Co.
ValleyCrest ranked No. 2 on Lawn & Landscape's 2007 list of the top 100 green industry revenue earners.
