Vila & Son landscaping Corp. promoted of Ricardo Leal to President, as Juan Carlos Vila, founder and current president, assumes the role of CEO. Leal will have the primary responsibility for the day to day operations of the organization as Juan Carlos focuses on promoting the company’s vision and mission throughout its eight offices which cover the entire state of Florida.

Leal joined the company in 1987 as project manager and has held various positions within the organization. He has been serving as vice president since 1996.
