The town of Meridian Hills, Ind., presented Judson R. Scott with a proclamation for his company's outstanding service in public safety and concern.
Meridian Hills President Jim Rush read the formal proclamation to Scott and the Vine & Branch staff.
"Jud has gone above and beyond in sharing his knowledge and expertise with the town council in an effort to protect the residents of the town with respect to potential liability for ill and aging trees," he said. "Vine & Branch has provided the town with an unusually high level of service and (has) been willing to clear the streets of the town of fallen trees after a storm anytime night or day. The Town Council wishes to express its appreciation to Vine & Branch and Judson R. Scott for the value they have brought to the residents of the town."
