Vista Names Gary Bailey District Sales Manager

Vista Professional Outdoor Ligting has brought Gary Bailey on board as district sales manager for San Diego and Orange Counties in California, announced Cruz Perez, vice president of marketing for the lighting manufacturer. Bailey has worked in sales and marketing in the landscape industry for more than 25 years and has been a guest instructor at colleges throughout Southern California.

He will now oversee Vista product introductions, sales and marketing activities and will provide field support for landscape and lighting contractors.

Before joining Vista, Bailey was national sales manager at Aqua Conserve, an irrigation equipment manufacturer in Riverside, Calif. He has also worked with Storm Industries, Fresno, Calif., as vice president of sales and marketing, and was affiliated with the James Hardie Co. as vice president of consumer products, which launched the company’s turf irrigation division. Bailey is a long-time member of the Irrigation Association and California Landscape Contractors Association.
