In keeping with the times, Rudy Larsen has done his best to keep the company on the cutting edge of the latest advancements. “Everything is going remote and becoming technologically advanced,” Larsen says. “Those companies that choose to ignore that fact are going to ultimately fail. But those that are willing to incorporate new products and new technology will succeed.”
Larsen says that it will be a factor in separating you from your competition. “In tomorrow’s industry the landscaper doesn’t just mow the lawn but they actually manage a central control system,” Larsen says.
“That means clients aren’t going to hire just any landscape company but they’ll want someone that can do it all. The truth is that anybody can mow grass or pull weeds – that’s not hard. But fixing, diagnosing, installing, evaluating, designing, and repairing are where other companies really lose their edge. To us, staying ahead of the curve means maintaining that edge whether it be through the specialization of the Green Team or keeping up with the very latest technological advances.”
