Weathermatic has appointed Josh Rives as vice president of software.
Rives will lead the company’s growing software division and spearhead work in artificial intelligence and digital irrigation solutions.

There he oversaw more than 160 engineers and 25 product teams responsible for over $30 million in revenue. He has also founded and led his own technology consulting firm, delivering solutions for clients ranging from Apple to high-growth startups.
