Wilson360’s Thought Leaders Retreat returns to Denver this July for three days of strategy and leadership education.
Held July 28–30 at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver, this retreat is built for those leading from the front — owners, executives, and rising leaders. This year’s program zeroes in on scaling with intention, controlling labor costs, navigating M&A, integrating AI and building cultures. It’s not a trade show; instead, it’s a strategy table.
“TLR25 strips away the noise,” says Joe Kujawa, senior practice leader at Wilson360. “This is where landscape business leaders get clear on priorities, on obstacles, on what growth looks like for them. The conversations happening in these rooms are shaping the future of our industry.”
The lineup includes unscripted sessions from green industry professionals in operations, finance, talent and tech. Attendees will also have access to private breakout groups and direct access to vendors.
“The most successful companies we work with aren’t chasing trends,” says Robert Clinkenbeard, CEO of Wilson360. “They’re building foundations. TLR25 is designed to challenge assumptions, sharpen execution, and connect the right minds at the right time.”
A limited number of spaces remain. To learn more or register, visit the Wilson360 website.
