Formec 80 from PBI Gordon is a broad-spectrum fungicide designed for preventive and curative disease control. The use of a regular protective spray program will minimize the risk of disease damage and can generally be accomplished with lower rates and less frequent fungicide application. If disease develops, higher rates and more frequent applications are required to bring the disease under control.
Formec 80 provides effective prevention and control of fusarium blight, red thread, copper spot, slime molds, helminthosporium melting-out, rhizoctonia brown patch, rust, pythium blight, algae, dollar spot and fusarium snow mold in turf.
Formec 80 also prevents certain diseases of carnations (leaf spot), dahlias (botrytis blight), lilies (botrytis blight), hollies (purple spot), irises (leaf spot), roses (black spot), chrysanthemums (botrytis petal spot) and gladiolus (curvularia and botrytis blossom blight). To lengthen effectiveness, mix with Transfilm® Anti-transpirant.
