Learn and Follow System

The I-Guide Learn and Follow System is a robotic solution to mowing applications. It works as such:

1. The operator puts the on-board computer in the "learn" node on a smart phone or PDA.
2. The operator then cuts the job in the usual fashion.
3. On the next visit, the operator puts mower at the starting point and enters the saved path.
4. While the I-Guide "follows" the exact path, the operator is free to do the trimming and other maintenance.
5. If an obstacle is encountered, I-Guide comes to an instant stop.
6. The operator is alerted via a text message and I-Guide resumes when the obstacle is removed.
7. No matter how intricate the cutting pattern, I-Guide follows
