Because time counts
Techniseal has introduced NextGel, the new generation of jointing sand. This technology transforms and improves the properties and behavior of polymeric sand.
This transformation generates a more homogeneous particle size, resulting in a “no dust” and “no haze” polymeric sand, for a fast and clean installation.
No dust
Because NextGel additive particles are heavier, the resulting jointing sand is less volatile, making it practically dust free. This means a better working environment for the installer and a cleaner, more efficient job site.
No haze
NextGel makes polymeric sand flow over the surface, making sweeping exceptionally easy. It also eliminates the penetration of additive particles into the pores of the concrete, which is the primary cause of unwanted haze.
No waste
Traditional polymeric sand technologies make it risky to reuse leftover product after sweeping. Up to two bags can be wasted on a typical 1000 sq. ft. installation. This is due to the fact that the fine particles separate from the mix during sweeping. The NextGel technology solves this problem by generating a homogeneous particle size, which preserves the full integrity of the product. This means leftover sand can be reused elsewhere on the jobsite or on the next project.
50 percent faster wetting
NextGel eco-friendly Polymeric Sand allows water to flow much easier and in a more consistent manner to the bottom of the joints. Moreover, it controls how and when polymeric particles start reacting with water, making wetting 50 percent faster than Techniseal's original product.
Fast and clean
Techniseal HP NextGel Polymeric Sand is a product that ensures the stability and durability of paver joints. Applied dry, it hardens when activated with water, and retains a degree of flexibility with moisture. Unlike mortar, it resists
cracking because it follows the natural movement of soil caused by moisture changes as well as freezing and thawing. Techniseal HP NextGel Polymeric Sand is a product that provides durable stabilization for new or old paver
installations.
This optimal-strength formula is recommended for:
• False and wide joints.
• Heavy-sloped and high-traffic areas.
• High-humidity areas and pool decks.
• Natural stone installations.
• Commercial, residential, industrial and public projects.
